Lead Technology Advisory Analyst

Role overview A technology consultancy is hiring a Lead Technology Advisory Analyst to join AI-native advisory teams in Singapore. The role focuses on framing strategic challenges, validating hypotheses, and producing executive-ready deliverables that translate technology decisions into measurable business outcomes. Because the work touches clients requiring specific security clearance, candidates must be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents.

Responsibilities - Drive research and analysis across industry and market landscapes, technology assessments, business processes, data interpretation, competitive benchmarking, and opportunity identification. - Translate business problems into actionable insights by structuring complex challenges into manageable workstreams and producing evidence-based recommendations. - Prepare executive-grade presentations and deliverables, facilitate workshops and discovery sessions, and document business and technology requirements. - Support strategic assessments, roadmaps, and technology option evaluations that help clients pursue transformation opportunities. - Apply AI tools responsibly to accelerate research, synthesis, and content creation, validating outputs and refining prompts and workflows over time. - Review work products for accuracy, structure, and insight before they reach clients, while capturing reusable frameworks and lessons to strengthen the advisory practice.

Requirements - Solid background in one or more of management or technology consulting, business analysis, technology strategy, product or digital transformation, or data, research, or analytics. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to connect business needs to technology solutions in ambiguous, complex situations. - Structured problem-solving approach that breaks challenges into logical components and synthesizes clear recommendations while staying detail-oriented. - Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to produce executive-ready materials and explain technical concepts to business stakeholders. - Comfort using AI-enabled tools to enhance research and content, including validating AI outputs and iterating on workflows. - Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues. - Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident to meet project security clearance requirements.
