Lead Quality Analyst

Role overview A global technology consultancy is hiring a Lead Quality Analyst to shape quality across large, multi-team delivery programs. The role blends hands-on testing with strategic quality leadership, partnering with senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teammates to embed quality into processes, code, and culture rather than treating it as a final gate.

Responsibilities - Shift quality to the left in alignment with senior client stakeholders and own the program-wide quality strategy. - Run exploratory testing to surface risks and inform delivery decisions, while coaching developers, analysts, designers, and infrastructure engineers on testing mindsets. - Define and implement a coherent approach to testing across multiple products and services, including UAT and end-to-end coverage. - Drive consistent test automation practices across teams, spanning nomenclature, domain boundaries, service contracts, tooling, and shared dashboards. - Highlight and help manage delivery risks alongside the leadership team, adapting the testing approach to industry standards and regulations. - Advocate for QA practice internally and externally through mentoring junior analysts and contributing to the broader tech community.

Requirements - Hands-on experience as a Quality Analyst embedded in agile delivery teams, pairing with developers, analysts, designers, and infrastructure engineers. - Deep familiarity with TDD, BDD, CI/CD, and models such as the Test Pyramid and Swiss cheese. - Ability to influence architecture across on-premise and cloud environments to improve testability and quality. - Experience designing functional and non-functional testing strategies, including performance and security, across varied architectures and domains. - Skill using metrics around lead time, deployment frequency, recovery time, and change failure rate to drive improvement, plus an inclusive leadership style. - Advanced English plus a passion for ensuring the right product is built, not just built correctly.

Nice to have - Experience designing quality strategies for large, multi-product programs. - Knowledge of user experience and user research techniques such as prototyping, personas, and A/B testing, translated into test strategy.
