Role overview This is a talent-pool opportunity for future infrastructure engineering roles in Brazil; no position is currently open, and there is no set hiring timeline. Infrastructure engineers work with client teams to build, operate, and improve the systems that support software delivery, combining hands-on implementation with technical guidance and collaborative ways of working.

Responsibilities - Implement project infrastructure, assess existing environments, and identify improvements. - Understand client needs and help shape technical roadmaps and solutions aligned with business goals. - Build automation and controls for continuous delivery and ongoing infrastructure and application change. - Monitor project deliverables for technical quality and advise on cloud, platform, DevOps, and infrastructure engineering. - Build effective working relationships with client engineering leaders and suggest solutions that address operational constraints. - Contribute to the development of infrastructure capabilities in collaboration with technical and business teams.

Requirements - Experience designing or implementing enterprise or web-scale hosting platforms, including administration of servers and databases. - Strong understanding of cloud and virtualization, infrastructure automation, and application hosting. - Experience with software delivery teams and practical knowledge of DevOps, Agile, and Infrastructure as Code. - Experience with at least one IaaS cloud platform and at least two runtime platforms, such as physical or virtual servers, containers, serverless, or databases. - Scripting ability; experience building Linux or Windows servers or container clusters; and familiarity with CI/CD tools and monitoring systems. - Understanding of security risks and practices, including secrets, networks, platform vulnerabilities, and software supply chains. - Clear communication with technical and nontechnical partners, adaptability, and comfort making decisions amid uncertainty.

Nice to have Experience with unit or automated testing, stress testing, or performance testing.
