Technical Content Creator - Pear/ Bare/ P2P (Remote / Europe)

Role overview This is a builder-centric technical content role for an engineer-turned-storyteller who can spin up peer-to-peer nodes, ship small applications, and record clear walkthroughs that show developers what serverless, decentralized infrastructure looks like in practice. The output is primarily video demos, code-along guides, and interactive repositories rather than marketing copy.

Responsibilities - Independently build functional peer-to-peer applications and infrastructure setups using a paired runtime and developer platform, with minimal hand-holding from the core team - Record polished screen-share walkthroughs and video demos that explain how peers discover each other, how data syncs, and what the systems unlock - Translate protocol updates, cryptographic primitives, and technical documentation into visual, digestible developer content - Prototype small concepts such as peer-to-peer chat, file sync, or data replication to show how quickly resilient products can be built - Collaborate with the core P2P and product engineering teams to stay ahead of upcoming features - Work with technical influencers and developer advocates, supplying turnkey demos, prototypes, and code-along material

Requirements - Strong engineering background with hands-on P2P or distributed systems experience - Ability to look at a complex protocol or runtime and decide what kind of demo will excite developers and operators - Demonstrated skill recording technical demos, ideally with screen-flow or similar tooling - Excellent written and spoken English, with the empathy to write for working developers - Self-starter mindset, comfortable working autonomously across global time zones

Nice to have - Background bridging low-level infrastructure, cryptography, and application code - Experience producing code-along videos, step-by-step guides, or interactive sample repositories - Familiarity collaborating with developer advocates or technical influencers

Benefits and work setup - Remote position based in Europe - Work with a globally distributed engineering team
