Product Manager On-Ramp & Swap (100% remote)

Role overview

Own the strategy and roadmap for how users of a self-custodial mobile wallet buy and swap into a flagship US-dollar-pegged stablecoin and a tokenised gold asset, across a global list of target markets. The role sits at the intersection of product, payments, and partnerships, owning outcomes from partner evaluation through integration and the in-app experience to post-launch conversion.

Responsibilities

- Define and own the strategy and roadmap for buying and swapping into the wallet's anchor assets, covering fiat on-ramps, card payments, local payment methods, and token-to-token swaps. - Work hand in hand with expansion teams to map the payment landscape in each target market, including which payment methods people actually use, which card schemes and bank rails dominate, and which on-ramp and swap providers can serve them. - Identify the best partner for each market and bring them on board as a service partner of the wallet. - Translate requirements into written specifications and acceptance tests, assess integration options, and work closely with engineering teams through delivery. - Define and instrument funnel KPIs, use data to improve conversion, and make partner decisions grounded in funnel performance. - Support launches in new markets in partnership with regional expansion teams and ensure the in-app experience is smooth, fast, and affordable for end users. - Operate effectively across time zones in a fully remote environment, partnering with engineers, expansion teams, and external providers.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Product Manager working on consumer or fintech products, ideally wallets, payments, exchanges, or on-ramp experiences. - Background in payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure, with comfort reading API documentation, assessing integration options, and working closely with engineering teams. - Data-driven: experience defining funnel KPIs and using data to improve conversion and to inform partner decisions. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with partners, expansion teams, and engineers across time zones in a remote environment.
