Head of AI Expansion

Role overview A global organization is hiring a Head of AI Expansion to drive worldwide adoption of its decentralized, privacy-preserving AI ecosystem, with a focus on local computing, data sovereignty, and independence from centralized cloud infrastructure. This is a hands-on leadership role that pairs deep AI knowledge with commercial deal-making across enterprises, institutions, and governments.

Responsibilities - Drive global adoption of the AI ecosystem across enterprises, institutions, and government stakeholders. - Identify organizations where private, sovereign, or decentralized AI offers a strategic advantage and build the business case. - Personally originate, structure, negotiate, and close strategic AI partnerships and deployments. - Define and execute the global go-to-market strategy, prioritizing high-value industries and use cases. - Build and lead the AI Expansion team globally, including hiring expansion managers and partnership leads. - Monitor market, competitive, regulatory, and technological developments to inform strategy. - Represent the organization in strategic meetings, government engagements, conferences, and industry forums.

Requirements - 7+ years of experience across AI, enterprise technology, infrastructure, or technology business development. - Strong knowledge of AI/ML, large language models, inference, local and edge computing, and decentralized architectures. - Proven track record personally closing large enterprise technology deals and partnerships. - Established relationships with senior decision-makers in enterprises, technology companies, or government. - Experience building and managing high-performing, globally distributed teams. - Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate independently in fast-moving environments.

Nice to have - Multilingual ability, with three or more languages seen as a marker of flexibility for global work. - Degree in AI, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
