Fullstack Engineer - AgenticOps (100% Remote)

Role overview Help application teams build, review, test, and release dependable desktop and mobile software with less friction. The work spans developer tools, engineering automation, and AI-assisted workflows, with responsibility for improvements from implementation through adoption and continued support.

Responsibilities - Evaluate and maintain developer tools and AI agents, including integrations and repository guidance that help them work effectively. - Build agents for CI and scheduled workflows to investigate failures, propose fixes, and give engineers actionable evidence. - Improve automated pull request reviews, assessing finding accuracy and reducing noise for reviewers. - Develop checks for code complexity, file and function size, dependency cycles, and performance regressions; agree on useful thresholds and refactoring with package owners. - Improve development environments, testing, and build and release workflows so changes can be verified reliably. - Coordinate priorities with engineering teams, support adoption through documentation and onboarding, and measure effectiveness, reliability, and operating costs.

Requirements - Strong JavaScript or TypeScript and Node.js skills, plus experience building developer tools or engineering automation used by others. - Hands-on experience integrating AI coding tools or agents, with care for limitations, output validation, and human review. - Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and diagnosing build, test, or integration failures. - Commitment to maintainable code, useful quality checks, and refactoring that preserves behavior. - Ability to work independently, collaborate with engineers, and communicate clearly in English in a distributed team.
