Fullstack Engineer - AgenticOps (100% Remote)

Role overview

Build developer tools and engineering automation for desktop and mobile application teams, helping them develop, review, test, and ship reliable software with less friction. The role combines hands-on full-stack work with integrating AI agents into development workflows and improving the shared runtime, AI harness, and skills packages.

Responsibilities - Evaluate, integrate, and maintain developer tools and AI agents, including the repository guidance and integrations they need. - Build and operate agents in continuous integration and scheduled workflows to investigate failures, suggest fixes, and provide useful evidence to engineers. - Improve automated pull request reviews by assessing finding accuracy and reducing unhelpful noise. - Create code quality checks for complexity, file and function size, dependency cycles, and performance regressions; work with package owners on thresholds and focused refactoring. - Improve development environments, tests, build and release workflows, and the reliability of change verification. - Prioritize tooling improvements with engineering teams, support adoption through documentation and onboarding, and track effectiveness, reliability, and operating costs.

Requirements - Experience building and maintaining developer tools or engineering automation used by other engineers. - Strong JavaScript or TypeScript and Node.js skills. - Hands-on experience using and integrating AI coding tools or agents into software engineering workflows. - Ability to improve automated testing, CI/CD, and systematic diagnosis of build, test, or integration failures. - Focus on maintainable code, useful automated checks, and behavior-preserving refactoring. - Clear English communication and ability to work independently and with a globally distributed engineering team.
