Security Engineer, SecOps & IAM

Role overview

This Security Engineer role supports the operational foundations of identity, access, corporate-device security, automation, and compliance evidence. You will help make onboarding, offboarding, access changes, credential handling, endpoint controls, and security records more consistent and scalable. The position works across security and business functions, combining operational ownership with scripting, integrations, documentation, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

- Operate and improve employee onboarding, offboarding, and access-change procedures. - Manage access to corporate systems and support governance for privileged accounts, service accounts, API keys, and other sensitive credentials. - Coordinate the corporate-device lifecycle, including procurement, preparation, shipment, inventory, returns, and secure cleanup. - Support endpoint security, mobile-device management, data-loss prevention, and related corporate security tooling. - Build scripts, lightweight automations, and integrations for access management, inventory, evidence collection, and recurring security operations. - Maintain audit-ready operational records, document reusable procedures, and support infrastructure-as-code workflows for identity and corporate-security systems.

Requirements

- Experience in security operations, identity and access management, IT operations, or corporate systems administration. - Familiarity with enterprise collaboration tools and identity/access-management processes. - Ability to make security routines safer, more automated, traceable, and scalable. - Clear documentation skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams. - Comfort using AI-assisted tools for investigation, automation, documentation, and operational analysis.
