QA Tester

Role overview Help protect the quality of web and mobile software used for golf course bookings and operations. You’ll test features across booking, point of sale, caddy, food and beverage, and membership workflows, then give engineers clear, reproducible findings before releases reach customers.

Responsibilities - Test new features and releases on web, iOS, and Android. - Write and run test cases for tee-time booking, point of sale, caddy operations, food and beverage, and membership workflows. - Report defects with reproduction steps, expected results, and screenshots, then retest fixes. - Run regression checks before releases go live at golf courses. - Use AI tools to draft test cases and organize test findings.

Requirements - At least two years of QA or software testing experience, ideally with web or mobile SaaS products. - Confidence testing both web and mobile applications. - Familiarity with AI tools for preparing test cases and bug reports. - Fluent Thai and good English. - Thai nationality and residence in or near Bangkok; one in-person team day each week is held in the Bangna area.

Nice to have - Experience testing point-of-sale or booking systems.

Benefits and work setup - Full-time, remote-first work with a weekly in-person day near Bangna. - Monthly compensation of ฿40,000–80,000, depending on experience. - One opening.
