Role overview
Support product planning for a logistics and errand service used by customers and riders. This internship offers practical exposure to the product lifecycle, from understanding problems and mapping user journeys to preparing specifications and reviewing how launched features perform.
Responsibilities
- Help distinguish underlying user problems from requested features. - Map customer and rider flows, identifying points of friction in booking and delivery experiences. - Organize feedback into a prioritized set of improvements. - Write clear product specifications that give developers actionable direction. - Review feature performance after release and report what is working.
Requirements
- Curiosity about how products are developed and operated end to end. - Clear, concise writing and good communication skills. - Willingness to learn and take initiative. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
