Delivery Consultant

Role overview Lead software delivery from initial discovery through release, serving as the connection between clients and development and test teams. You will clarify business needs, coordinate schedules and quality, and use AI tools to accelerate planning and delivery for web and cloud applications.

Responsibilities - Own project scope, schedules, status updates, and delivery from start to finish. - Facilitate discovery and turn discussions into clear requirements and user stories. - Coordinate with developers and testers to keep work progressing and maintain quality. - Use AI tools to prototype concepts and draft specifications or test plans. - Run demonstrations, user acceptance testing, and issue triage; track problems through resolution. - Keep clients informed, including when plans or timelines change.

Requirements - Experience leading or coordinating software projects in any capacity. - Ability to gather requirements and document them clearly for clients and technical teams. - Day-to-day experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or ChatGPT. - Understanding of how web applications are built, tested, and released. - Strong written and verbal communication, with confidence working directly with clients. - Organized, dependable approach and a relevant degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have - Consulting or other client-facing delivery experience. - Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira, Agile/Scrum, or projects involving Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Power Platform. - Development or quality assurance experience.
