Senior Project Manager

Role overview Lead delivery for complex client programmes spanning multiple workstreams. The role combines senior client relationships, commercial accountability, delivery quality and team development, translating business goals into clear plans and keeping distributed teams aligned on outcomes.

Responsibilities - Manage programme plans, dependencies, risks, quality and overall delivery health. - Serve as the main delivery contact for senior client stakeholders and maintain alignment with their objectives. - Set up governance, delivery routines, risk and issue tracking, and clear reporting. - Oversee account finances, including forecasts, margins, revenue recognition and scope changes. - Coordinate globally distributed teams, set expectations and coach project managers and junior colleagues. - Contribute delivery expertise to proposals and pitches, support account growth, and improve processes using project data and AI tools.

Requirements - Significant experience leading complex, multi-workstream programmes in an agency, consultancy, marketing technology or technology setting. - Strong commercial and P&L skills, including budget forecasting, margin management and change control. - Confident client leadership, including experience working with senior stakeholders and complex organizations. - Proven ability to lead distributed teams and develop delivery colleagues. - Strong planning, governance, risk, reporting and quality management skills; experience contributing to proposals or pitches. - English proficiency at C1 level and comfort using data or AI tools to improve delivery decisions.

Nice to have - Experience managing major digital agency or marketing technology accounts, with knowledge of CRM, Braze, Snowflake or data-led delivery. - Braze certification or a programme-level qualification such as MSP Practitioner or PgMP.
