Role overview
Lead the global practice focused on software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) and developer experience (DevEx), turning technical expertise into clear client solutions and a scalable professional services portfolio. The role combines practice strategy, commercial growth, executive consulting, and capability building across regional teams, with a focus on the East Coast time zone.
Responsibilities - Set the practice strategy and business plan, and coordinate regional leads across EMEA, North America, and APAC. - Develop packaged services, solution blueprints, reusable intellectual property, accelerators, and delivery playbooks. - Work with sales, marketing, professional services, and managed services teams to shape and close strategic opportunities. - Lead executive discussions and discovery workshops, translating business goals and maturity gaps into modernization plans. - Promote shared standards, reusable assets, continuous improvement, and practitioner development across regions. - Shape solutions for DevOps and CI/CD, developer flow, AI-assisted development, SDLC governance, quality engineering, and enterprise tooling adoption.
Requirements - 10–15 years in professional services, technology consulting, or enterprise software, including substantial work in SDLC, DevOps, developer experience, or engineering tools. - Demonstrated success building or scaling a services practice or solution line with repeatable offerings and delivery assets. - Commercial experience partnering across go-to-market and delivery teams to generate and close opportunities. - Strong understanding of AI in software development, ideally including practical exposure to agentic tools or AI-enabled delivery pipelines. - Ability to advise CTOs, engineering executives, and equivalent leaders on strategy and business value. - Deep knowledge of the Atlassian software ecosystem and enterprise SDLC adoption; experience across global regions and leading structured discovery are also required.
