Lead Product Manager Crypto Custody - Open to remote

Role overview Lead product strategy for crypto custody, asset transfers, and yield products, balancing customer asset protection with operational needs and business goals. Work closely with engineering and operations, while coordinating decisions across compliance, risk, security, treasury, and data teams.

Responsibilities - Own the roadmap for wallet security, custody transfers, and adding supported digital assets. - Partner with engineers on hot- and cold-wallet safeguards and improvements to transfer systems. - Develop yield product plans spanning staking, lending, stablecoins, and on-chain services. - Set policies for withdrawal charges, network fees, and node infrastructure. - Manage relationships with custody, validator, and infrastructure providers. - Monitor assets under custody and yield performance, and represent product in security incident response.

Requirements - At least 8 years in product management, including 5 or more years at a crypto exchange, custody provider, or similar crypto-focused business. - Technical fluency in wallet security, blockchain fundamentals, and infrastructure trade-offs. - Experience balancing security and compliance needs with growth and revenue objectives. - Ability to work across engineering, operations, compliance, risk, security, and treasury teams. - Strong understanding of crypto; direct custody experience is beneficial.

Nice to have - Experience with staking, lending, or on-chain yield products; custody providers or cold-storage operations; or traditional finance custody and asset servicing.
