Product Management Intern

Role overview Support the development of a logistics and errands product used by customers and riders. This internship offers practical exposure to the product lifecycle, including problem discovery, journey mapping, writing specifications, and learning from decisions that affect how errands are booked and assigned.

Responsibilities - Investigate the underlying user problem behind feature requests. - Map customer and rider journeys, identifying points of friction. - Organize user feedback into prioritized product improvements. - Write clear specifications that help developers implement features. - Review how features perform after launch and share findings.

Requirements - Curiosity about how products are developed and operated end to end. - Clear, concise writing. - Good communication and a willingness to learn. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
