Senior Software Engineer

Role overview Lead front-end engineering for a next-generation practice management platform. The work centers on evolving a micro-frontend foundation and building responsive interfaces and reusable components with React, while partnering across product, design, and backend teams and helping raise engineering standards.

Responsibilities - Advance the shared micro-frontend architecture used by engineering teams. - Design and build reusable tools, frameworks, and UI components that support product development and team efficiency. - Implement performant React interfaces that work across devices and browsers. - Work with product, design, and backend colleagues to shape product functionality and user experience. - Mentor less experienced developers and promote code quality and continuous improvement. - Evaluate front-end practices and technologies, and contribute to the evolution of the technical stack.

Requirements - At least seven years of professional front-end development experience; a degree in computer science or a related field is requested. - Strong experience with React, modern JavaScript tooling, React hooks, and micro-frontend architecture. - Experience building shared component libraries and translating style guides or wireframes into applications. - Familiarity with REST APIs, responsive design, adaptive layouts, and cross-browser compatibility. - Ability to optimize front-end performance and build scalable components. - Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.

Nice to have Experience with Storybook and Material UI.
