Role overview

Guide external clients through software implementation, from understanding their needs to configuring applications and databases, migrating data, and validating the finished setup. The role combines technical customization with client guidance and training, and includes ownership of complex deployments with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

- Configure the software platform and its databases to support clients’ operational processes. - Advise clients on effective use of the product and provide technical training during implementation and afterward. - Build client-specific solutions using tools such as JavaScript, jQuery, and SQL. - Translate functional, technical, and reporting needs into implementation plans and system configurations. - Determine database requirements for new implementations and perform or support data conversion. - Define and carry out testing and troubleshooting to confirm that deployments meet client needs. - Lead complex product deployments and contribute subject-matter expertise.

Requirements

- Four to six years of related software development or consulting experience. - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience. - Experience with relevant development frameworks or technologies, such as ASP.NET, SQL, Java, or Salesforce. - Familiarity with Office 365 and project or development management tools such as TFS, Jira, or Trello. - Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and follow-through; able to build client trust. - Able to manage multiple tasks independently, work well with a team, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
