ServiceNow Developer Senior – Electronic Health Records – Remote!

Role overview Develop and administer a ServiceNow environment supporting the modernization of electronic health records for a public health program. The role focuses on IT service management workflows, reporting, integrations, and platform health, translating user and stakeholder needs into maintainable solutions. Work is fully remote, with occasional travel possible.

Responsibilities - Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and performance indicators for incident, problem, change, and request management. - Configure applications, workflows, business rules, user interface policies, client scripts, forms, and service catalog capabilities. - Gather requirements from users and stakeholders, then turn them into reporting, data analysis, and platform improvements. - Automate processes and data imports, and connect ServiceNow with other systems through REST or SOAP APIs. - Perform platform health checks, upgrades, and user or role administration while following platform governance and minimizing technical debt. - Troubleshoot user issues, contribute to technical reviews and process improvements, and maintain relevant platform certifications.

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent additional work experience. - At least five years supporting cloud deployments and maintaining cloud solutions; the listing also states eight or more years of related experience. - Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and SPM, including incident, problem, change, and service catalog functions. - Experience with ServiceNow reporting and Performance Analytics, data tools such as Import Sets and Transform Maps, and the CMDB. - Familiarity with REST or SOAP integrations, access control lists, UI policies, and business rules. - Ability to analyze requirements, debug issues, document solutions, manage priorities, and communicate with technical and nontechnical colleagues; must be able to obtain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance.
