Enterprise Technical Account Manager, AMER

Role overview

Guide enterprise customers through the technical integration and ongoing use of an API-based promotions platform. As the technical lead for a portfolio of accounts across the Americas, you will help customers onboard successfully, resolve persistent issues, and realize ongoing value while coordinating with Customer Success and Engineering.

Responsibilities - Own integration planning and delivery, helping customers connect the platform with their existing systems. - Monitor API usage across enterprise accounts and address patterns that could affect adoption, satisfaction, or retention. - Investigate recurring technical problems, support escalated cases, and coordinate resolution with internal teams. - Design onboarding approaches, set clear expectations, and improve the integration process over time. - Work closely with Customer Success and Engineering to deliver a consistent customer experience. - Identify potential technology partnerships and integration options that could extend the platform’s value.

Requirements - 4+ years in technical account management, integration consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role. - Experience managing enterprise API integrations from planning through delivery. - Background supporting SaaS products and handling complex customer stakeholders. - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, including data-informed decision-making. - Clear written communication: able to explain technical topics concisely to varied audiences. - Calm, patient, professional relationship management, including in high-stakes situations.
