Delivery Manager

Role overview Lead engineering delivery from planning through release, ensuring a team’s work meets quality standards for functionality, performance, security, data integrity, and user experience. The role combines technical guidance with product coordination, delivery oversight, and coaching across a software platform.

Responsibilities - Turn product and business needs into technical plans, delivery commitments, and clear acceptance criteria. - Review code and architecture, help resolve technical challenges, and guide implementation across backend and frontend work. - Maintain release readiness and quality gates, including security, data protection, regression prevention, and CI stability. - Coordinate dependencies and shared components across engineering teams to keep roadmaps aligned. - Set responsible practices for AI-assisted development and uphold security, data integrity, and code ownership. - Coach engineers in technical skills and iterative practices; track delivery health and address emerging issues.

Requirements - At least four years of hands-on software engineering experience, including two or more years in a technical or delivery leadership role. - Experience owning delivery quality across planning, development, and release. - Working knowledge of Go and/or Rust for backend services and React.js and/or Next.js for frontend development. - Strong code review and architectural judgment, with the ability to mentor engineers through technical problems. - Deep familiarity with Extreme Programming practices such as test-driven development, pair programming, continuous integration, simple design, collective code ownership, and iterative planning. - Knowledge of structured acceptance criteria, secure coding, OWASP Top 10, authentication and authorization, and data protection. - Experience with AI-assisted development tools and strong communication across engineering, product, and design.
