Role overview
Lead end-to-end delivery of a SimCorp Dimension programme for an asset management engagement in Singapore. You’ll coordinate business, operations, IT and vendor teams across the project lifecycle, with accountability for governance, delivery control and readiness for go-live and operational handover.
Responsibilities - Own scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk across the programme. - Run governance activities, including steering committees, status reporting, RAID logs and decision tracking. - Coordinate Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, IT and functional consultants. - Lead requirements gathering, design reviews, configuration approval, testing and go-live preparation. - Manage dependencies across investment book of record, accounting book of record, performance, compliance and collateral workstreams, as well as external systems. - Plan and oversee user acceptance testing, track defects, and manage risks and issues with the client sponsor. - Guide post-launch stabilisation, knowledge transfer and handover to operational teams.
Requirements - At least ten years of project management experience, including two or more full lifecycle SimCorp Dimension implementations or major enhancements. - Strong knowledge of buy-side investment operations, including Front Office, IBOR/ABOR, performance, compliance and collateral. - Track record managing stakeholders across business, IT and vendors, including at steering committee level. - Strong project governance, planning, RAID, change control and delivery methodology skills. - Fluent written and spoken English. - Based in Singapore or able to work remotely and travel to the client site as needed.
Nice to have - PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification; consulting experience at a large firm. - Experience with OTC derivatives, fixed income or multi-asset class implementations.
