Technical Product Manager

Role overview Guide product discovery and delivery for web-based and AI-enabled applications, translating business needs into clear plans that engineering and design teams can execute. The role combines product ownership, Agile delivery, technical coordination, and ongoing improvement informed by user and stakeholder feedback.

Responsibilities - Define product requirements, user journeys, workflows, and acceptance criteria for application features. - Turn business goals into actionable technical specifications and maintain a prioritized product backlog. - Lead Agile ceremonies, set sprint goals, monitor progress, and help resolve delivery obstacles. - Coordinate release planning and work with engineering and design from feature definition through launch. - Gather feedback from users and internal stakeholders to guide product improvements. - Communicate roadmaps, delivery updates, and sprint outcomes across business and technical groups.

Requirements - At least three years of experience in product management or ownership for SaaS, web applications, or AI-related products. - Strong skills in writing product specifications, technical documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Working knowledge of Scrum or Kanban and experience facilitating Agile ceremonies. - Ability to create wireframes, flow diagrams, or workflow maps. - Experience working with engineers on APIs, web applications, or AI and machine learning features. - Strong organization, analysis, communication, and collaboration skills; able to manage concurrent work independently.

Nice to have - Experience managing AI or machine learning products or developer-facing platforms. - Familiarity with backlog and project tools, diagramming and wireframing software, and reviewing documentation in Git-based repositories.
