DevOps Engineer

Role overview Build and operate the delivery infrastructure for software that coordinates autonomous aircraft systems. You will own practical platform work across pipelines, environments, and deployments, helping engineering teams release changes reliably to cloud, on-premises, and customer environments. The work also includes supporting security and compliance needs and occasionally traveling to customer or test sites.

Responsibilities - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that move software from code changes through production across multiple environments. - Manage infrastructure as code for cloud and on-premises deployments. - Operate and scale containerized services on Kubernetes. - Develop monitoring, logging, alerting, and on-call tools to improve service visibility and response. - Package and deploy software to customer environments, traveling to deployment or test locations when needed. - Work with the security lead to incorporate security and compliance requirements into the platform. - Improve developer tools and environments so engineering teams can deliver more effectively.

Requirements - Four to eight years of experience in DevOps, platform, site reliability, or infrastructure engineering. - Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containers, infrastructure as code such as Terraform, and production CI/CD pipelines. - Strong Linux and networking fundamentals. - Scripting experience in Python, Go, or Bash. - Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance; an active Secret clearance or higher is strongly preferred. - Willingness to travel to customer and test sites. - Eligibility to meet applicable U.S. export-control requirements.

Nice to have - Experience deploying to air-gapped, disconnected, or edge environments. - Work in defense, government, or other regulated programs, or with real-time and mission-critical systems.
