Spotify Non-Voice Support with Dutch and English (Remote within Bulgaria) - Fixed Term Contract

Role overview This is a fixed-term, full-time customer support role focused on written, non-voice channels such as email and social media for users of a major music streaming platform. The work is performed remotely from Bulgaria and serves Dutch-speaking customers in their native language alongside English. It is an entry-level account management position within a larger customer service operation.

Responsibilities - Respond to user inquiries and account questions through email and social media channels in Dutch and English - Resolve account, billing, and subscription issues while maintaining service quality standards - Document interactions and escalate complex cases to higher-level teams when appropriate - Follow defined processes and knowledge base articles to deliver consistent support - Meet individual and team performance targets around quality, response time, and resolution

Requirements - Fluent Dutch and English, written and spoken - Comfortable working in a remote, full-time role based in Bulgaria - Willingness to work scheduled shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, or holidays - Basic digital literacy with email platforms, social media tools, and internal support systems - Eligibility to work on a temporary contract in Bulgaria
