About this role
Role overview A senior product leader is needed to head a squad dedicated to gaming discovery and entry experiences across multiple regulated markets. The role centres on shaping how players find, navigate, and engage with content and features, tailoring journeys for distinct player archetypes in a multi-market environment. The position sits within a broader product organisation building technology for sports, gaming, and fan experiences at international scale.
Responsibilities - Define and own the squad's product vision, problem space, and roadmap, prioritising initiatives that improve discovery, conversion, and breadth of play. - Optimise core engagement metrics such as retention, engagement, and monetisation, using analytics tools and SQL-based deep dives to surface opportunities. - Lead cross-functional delivery across design, engineering, QA, analytics, and art to ship high-quality, user-facing features end to end. - Partner with Live Ops, content, and regional teams to keep experiences fresh, relevant, and aligned with local audience needs. - Translate behavioural data, user research, and experimentation results into iterative product improvements validated through A/B tests and holdouts. - Manage the product backlog using a hypothesis-driven approach and proactively remove blockers across the development lifecycle. - Share learnings with peer product managers and contribute to strengthening product practices across the wider organisation.
Requirements - Five or more years of product management experience within mobile products, digital platforms, or interactive entertainment. - Demonstrated track record of owning end-to-end user-facing features, including personalisation, curation, and tailored journeys for distinct audience segments. - Strong product strategy and prioritisation skills, with the ability to balance user value against business impact. - Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using analytics and BI tools such as Amplitude, Looker, or Tableau, plus SQL for ad-hoc investigation. - Solid grasp of user behaviour, engagement, and retention principles across digital consumer products. - Experience collaborating with engineering, design, analytics, and commercial or regional stakeholders in fast-paced, agile environments, with strong communication and ownership orientation.
Nice to have - Background in gaming, entertainment, or media products. - Experience with Live Ops, experimentation frameworks, or lifecycle management. - Familiarity with monetisation models, marketplaces, or subscription-based products.
