About this role

Role overview

The Gift Cart is a rapidly expanding giving surface on a global fundraising platform, enabling donors to support multiple causes in a single checkout. It helps nonprofit organizations broaden donor engagement beyond standard donation forms, covering programs from humanitarian aid to symbolic adoptions. The Product Manager will own this product end-to-end, shaping strategy, leading discovery, and guiding delivery across the full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

- Define a multi-quarter strategy and roadmap for the gift cart, articulating priorities and the reasoning behind each decision - Engage regularly with customers and customer success managers, partnering with analytics to surface growth opportunities - Produce engineering-ready specifications that cover detailed requirements and edge cases - Drive features from idea through launch in close collaboration with design and engineering - Track product health metrics, including conversion, average gift size, and error rates, and diagnose the underlying drivers - Prepare customer success and sales teams for each launch so they have timely context

Requirements

- Demonstrated experience owning a product area end-to-end with accountability for outcomes, not just tasks - Ability to develop a 12–24 month strategy and roadmap, with clear reasoning behind decisions - Strong analytical skills: comfortable analyzing funnels, identifying growth levers, and making data-informed calls - Proven ability to write specifications engineers can implement without open questions - Systems thinking: understanding dependencies and anticipating the downstream impact of changes - Solid UX sensibility and the ability to advocate for quality user experiences - Comfortable working cross-functionally with design, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders

Nice to have

- Background in e-commerce or products featuring multi-step checkout flows - Familiarity with nonprofit organizations, donor behavior, or the fundraising sector - Experience with payment flows or other financial products

Benefits and work setup

- High-ownership environment with direct collaboration across engineering, design, analytics, and customer success - AI is treated as a default working tool to accelerate analysis, documentation, and communication - Remote working with home-office setup assistance, plus co-working support - Private medical insurance covering the employee and their family - 24 paid vacation days plus 18 paid public holidays per year - English learning courses and a budget for relevant professional education - Gym or swimming pool support - Equity options as part of a long-term contribution model - Flat, transparent culture that openly shares growth and revenue context
