Technical Program Manager, Extensibility Platform (CA)

Role overview Drive cross-team delivery for an extensibility platform that enables developers and partners to build integrations, plugins, and customizations. The role blends program management, technical depth, and stakeholder coordination across product and engineering.

Responsibilities - Coordinate complex, multi-team initiatives for the extensibility platform - Track dependencies, risks, and milestones across engineering, product, and partner teams - Translate platform strategy into clear project plans and execution roadmaps - Facilitate alignment meetings, status reviews, and escalation paths - Surface trade-offs between scope, schedule, and technical quality - Ensure platform changes land with appropriate documentation and rollout plans

Requirements - Experience as a technical program manager or similar delivery role in a software organization - Ability to read architectural designs and discuss trade-offs with engineers - Strong organizational and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences - Comfort managing multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-changing environment - Track record of unblocking teams and driving programs to completion
