Solutions Architect, Platforms (Presales)

Role overview A Solutions Architect in a presales capacity partners with sales and engineering teams to show how a platforms-oriented product can solve real customer problems. Responsibilities - Partner with account executives and field teams throughout the pre-sale cycle to understand prospect requirements and map them to platform capabilities - Deliver tailored technical demonstrations, architecture walkthroughs, and proofs of concept for prospective customers - Translate technical concepts into business outcomes for engineering, product, and executive audiences - Respond to RFPs, security questionnaires, and architecture reviews with accurate, current information - Act as a feedback conduit between field engagements and internal product and engineering teams - Build reusable assets such as demo environments, reference architectures, and sample integrations

Requirements - Hands-on experience designing, integrating, or implementing solutions on platforms, infrastructure, or developer-facing products - Comfort presenting to both engineers and senior business stakeholders, including executive-level audiences - Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into concrete technical proposals and recommendations - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear written deliverables under deadline - Willingness to operate across time zones and travel for customer engagements as needed
