Product Manager, Payments

Role overview

This product role leads the payments area, shaping strategy and execution for products that move money for customers. The product manager partners closely with engineering, design, risk, and operations to deliver payment experiences that are reliable and trustworthy. The role supports multiple office hubs as well as remote work within the United States.

Responsibilities

- Define and drive the roadmap for payments products - Work with engineering and design to ship customer-facing payment features - Partner with risk, compliance, and finance teams on payment integrity - Use data and customer research to inform prioritization and decisions - Communicate plans and progress to stakeholders across the organization

Requirements

- Several years of product management experience, including work on payments or financial products - Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data - Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and operations partners - Excellent written and verbal communication

Nice to have

- Familiarity with payments infrastructure, fraud, or money movement systems
