Product Manager, Identity & Access Management

Role overview A product management role owning the roadmap for identity and access management capabilities on a widely used platform. The work covers how users, merchants, or internal teams authenticate, authorize, and manage access across products.

Responsibilities - Define the product strategy and roadmap for authentication, authorization, and access management surfaces. - Partner with engineering and security teams to deliver reliable identity features. - Gather input from internal customers and end users to prioritize improvements. - Track adoption, reliability, and user experience metrics for IAM capabilities. - Communicate plans and progress to stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements - Several years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to platform, security, or infrastructure products. - Familiarity with identity concepts such as authentication, SSO, roles, and permissions. - Ability to translate complex technical constraints into clear product decisions. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Comfort working with engineering, security, and design partners in a remote or hybrid setup.

Nice to have - Experience in developer-facing or API-driven products. - Background working on compliance-related or security-sensitive initiatives.
