Senior Software Engineer - Fullstack JS

Role overview Build and improve full stack products that make complex insurance and cybersecurity workflows easier for businesses and their partners. You’ll work across the product lifecycle in an autonomous squad, shaping features from architecture through delivery and helping the software scale as new products and markets are added.

Responsibilities - Design and implement product features across web interfaces and backend services. - Contribute to a modular, domain-oriented monorepo and help establish sound technical foundations. - Work with product and design partners to turn user and business needs into clear, usable software. - Make decisions that support reliable growth in distribution and user conversion. - Maintain high standards for code structure and finished product quality.

Requirements - At least five years of software engineering experience, including work on applications with substantial business logic. - Strong JavaScript ecosystem experience; TypeScript is required. - Ability to own work from initial problem framing through implementation and delivery. - Good judgment in technical tradeoffs and a detail-oriented approach to code and user-facing results. - Understanding of business goals such as distribution and conversion, with a focus on value for end users. - Based in Paris or the surrounding region and comfortable working from the office two to three days per week.

Nice to have - Experience with React, NestJS, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, the technologies used across the frontend and backend.
