Role overview An engineering role focused on designing, deploying, and managing autonomous AI agents that support internal teams. The position sits at the intersection of applied AI and software engineering, with responsibility for identifying high-leverage automation opportunities, building agent workflows, and measuring their real-world impact.
Responsibilities - Spot opportunities where autonomous agents can replace or accelerate manual work, then design and ship those agents. - Partner with department leads to scope AI needs and translate them into technical agent solutions. - Wire agents into third-party services and internal tools, ensuring reliable orchestration and data flow. - Track agent performance, measure outcomes, and retire any agent that fails to deliver value. - Continuously evaluate new models, frameworks, and tools as they become available, adopting what works. - Coach teammates and stakeholders on AI capabilities so they can use agents effectively in their own work.
Requirements - Hands-on experience building autonomous agents that perform meaningful work with minimal supervision. - Strong working knowledge of major LLM platforms (Grok, Claude, OpenAI) and open-source alternatives. - Proficiency with Go, TypeScript, GraphQL, Postgres, and Google Cloud Platform. - Clear, concise written communication in English.
Benefits and work setup - Salary range of $150,000–$250,000 USD plus a $20,000 signing bonus. - Four weeks of vacation plus country-specific holidays. - Fully remote position.
