A senior director-level position leading AI solution design and delivery for a digital marketing organization. It is a forward-deployed, client-facing role that blends hands-on AI engineering with strategic thinking about product design, user experience, and technical feasibility.
Responsibilities
- Direct the design, build, and deployment of AI solutions that automate marketing and client workflows - Extend the organization's AI intelligence layer with new capabilities, integrations, and use cases - Partner closely with strategy, product management, and data engineering teams to align roadmaps - Engage directly with clients to scope problems, prototype solutions, and drive adoption - Translate business challenges into technically feasible AI architectures and product designs - Guide cross-functional teams while remaining hands-on with implementation details
Requirements
- Significant hands-on experience building and shipping production AI systems - Working knowledge of product design and user experience principles - Ability to evaluate technical feasibility and trade-offs when shaping AI initiatives - Track record of client-facing work in forward-deployed or consulting-style engagements - Strong collaboration skills across strategy, product, and engineering functions - Strategic mindset paired with disciplined execution and delivery focus
