GTM Engineer

Role overview A remote GTM Engineer role focused on the intersection of engineering and revenue growth. The position is about writing code that directly impacts pipeline generation and product activation rather than core product performance. The work spans building, instrumenting, and automating the systems that turn interest into engaged users.

Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain the growth stack, including attribution, lifecycle email, in-product onboarding flows, and the underlying data layer. - Instrument the conversion funnel so it is possible to diagnose why signups drop off before reaching a meaningful milestone, without relying on guesswork. - Ship landing pages and growth experiments rapidly, and remove those that do not move metrics. - Automate manual steps in the sales and onboarding processes before those steps require dedicated headcount. - Develop integrations that surface the product inside the tools and platforms customers already use day to day. - Ensure reporting and dashboards are accurate enough to inform real business decisions, and collaborate closely with the sales function to keep feedback cycles short.

Requirements - 2-5 years of relevant experience and the ability to take a project end to end without depending on a designer or backend counterpart. - Strong SQL skills and comfort working with analytics, including cases where the data contradicts a preferred narrative. - Sound judgement on when something is worth automating versus when it is too early for automation to pay off. - Clear written communication that holds up when read by someone with no prior context. - A bias toward shipping a small improvement this week rather than waiting for a polished solution next quarter.

Nice to have - Prior experience at a startup where you owned a number, not just a backlog. - Familiarity with product-led growth and self-serve funnels. - Hands-on experience with Next.js, Postgres, or analytics warehouses.
