Senior Full Stack Developer with Focus on Mobile

Role overview Join a small, focused engineering team building a digital pilot logbook platform for the European aviation sector. The work centers on a certified solution that replaces traditional paper records for thousands of pilots while powering real-time operator matching for airlines and flight schools. As a senior contributor, you'll work across mobile, web, and backend services with a particular emphasis on mobile application development.

Responsibilities - Develop a deep understanding of pilot workflows and aviation use cases through direct engagement with stakeholders, partners, and customers - Contribute actively to software design discussions, architectural decisions, and feature planning - Coordinate with project management, quality assurance, and UX design teams to deliver cohesive product outcomes - Build and maintain high-quality software using modern stacks including Flutter, Expo/React Native, .NET Core, and SQL Server, with work spanning the full technology stack but leaning toward mobile - Expand the integration of AI tooling into the software development process - Uphold rigorous coding standards and conventions while mentoring junior engineers and supporting their growth

Requirements - 3+ years of professional software development experience, including some time operating in a senior capacity - Broad understanding of IT fundamentals such as networking, hardware, security, and scalability - Strong grasp of software design and architecture principles - Practical familiarity with agile development methodologies - Demonstrated experience building complex business-grade mobile applications with Flutter and/or Expo/React Native, including offline data storage, background synchronization, and push notifications - Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Nice to have - Background with .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, SQL Server, and modern JavaScript front-end libraries such as React or Angular - Hands-on experience with containers and cloud platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, or AWS - Track record of introducing and configuring AI tooling at the team level - Personal aviation knowledge or a pilot licence - Working knowledge of German
