Role overview

Build and improve distributed systems that support fast, reliable real-time analytics at high throughput. This early-career engineering role involves taking meaningful technical work from initial design through production and contributing to systems where performance, availability, and operational quality matter.

Responsibilities - Take ownership of distributed systems problems and deliver solutions through implementation and production launch. - Work with engineers to identify and prioritize high-impact projects. - Improve reliability, performance, observability, and ease of operation across systems. - Contribute to engineering quality and learn from experienced teammates. - Adapt to shifting priorities and take on the work most useful to the team.

Requirements - 0–2 years of professional experience. - Strong understanding of distributed systems and challenges that arise at scale. - Ability to carry an idea from concept through implementation and delivery. - Care for system quality and the customer experience, including reliability and performance. - Flexibility, curiosity, and resilience when priorities or requirements are uncertain. - Comfort using AI tools in everyday engineering work and willingness to keep learning.

Nice to have - Java experience; the platform is built primarily with Java, though it is not a strict requirement.
