Forward Deployed Engineer

Role overview Help organizations bring accessibility tools into their teams and products by working directly with them. You will learn how their systems operate, build integrations, support work to address accessibility barriers, and share practical findings with engineering and accessibility colleagues.

Responsibilities - Embed with organizations and the teams responsible for their products and systems. - Learn unfamiliar technical environments and identify integration needs. - Build integrations that help teams use accessibility tools in their work. - Support partners as they address accessibility barriers and put solutions into practice. - Share lessons from partner work with engineering and accessibility teams.

Requirements - Experience delivering software with cross-functional teams. - Ability to understand unfamiliar systems and adapt to different environments. - Clear communication with both technical and nontechnical colleagues. - Practical understanding of accessibility, implementation, and ongoing support.
