Role overview A senior Information Security leadership role responsible for maturing an already-operating InfoSec program into an investor-ready, AI-efficient function that sustains enterprise customer trust at scale. The position acts as the senior deputy for InfoSec within a Finance and Operations department, coordinating across Legal, Procurement, Engineering, external auditors, and enterprise customers.
Responsibilities - Lead ISO 27001 and SOC 2 audit cycles end-to-end, including preparation, evidence collection, auditor management, and remediation of findings - Own the control framework and prepare the program for investor and M&A due diligence scrutiny - Manage the response to enterprise customer security questionnaires and RFPs, including direct participation in customer security reviews and audits - Maintain the risk register, drive risk treatment decisions, and own vendor security assessments for critical and high-risk suppliers - Own the internal security policy framework and design behavior-changing security awareness programs - Lead incident response execution, coordinate with Engineering, Legal, and leadership during incidents, and drive post-incident reviews
Requirements - Five or more years of hands-on InfoSec experience in a SaaS or B2B technology company - Proven ownership of ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2 programs - Track record representing InfoSec to enterprise customers, including security reviews and escalations - Fluent in English - Comfort with AI-driven tooling and a proactive approach to identifying automation opportunities
Nice to have - Experience supporting or preparing for M&A or investor due diligence - Background working alongside Legal, Procurement, and Engineering - Practical understanding of cloud security architecture - Relevant certification such as CISM, CISSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or Implementer
