Role overview Join a talent community for a future senior solutions engineering opportunity; there is no active opening or hiring process at present. The role would support prospective customers evaluating an employee communications platform, combining technical discovery, solution design, product demonstrations, and guidance through implementation considerations.

Responsibilities - Partner with sales colleagues to prepare and deliver demonstrations tailored to prospective customers. - Understand customer requirements and recommend technical configurations and integration approaches. - Lead platform evaluations and advise on APIs, architecture, and AI infrastructure. - Prepare technical responses to RFPs and build demonstration prototypes that illustrate integration or customization options. - Share customer feedback with product teams and keep current on product capabilities and industry developments. - Mentor less experienced solutions engineers and help shape the team’s contribution to the sales process.

Requirements - Around 5–8 years in SaaS pre-sales, solutions engineering, solutions consulting, or a comparable role. - C2 proficiency in French and German and C1 English, including the ability to hold executive-level business discussions in each. - Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and a practical understanding of web development. - Ability to explain and work with REST APIs; comfortable building a small prototype or MVP that uses APIs. - Experience with HTML/CSS and at least one programming language such as JavaScript, Java, PHP, or Node.js. - A relevant technical degree or equivalent practical experience, plus the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to varied audiences.

Nice to have - Familiarity with enterprise systems and integrations such as identity and access management, HR platforms, or business software. - Experience with AI technologies, including agent architectures, and knowledge of SaaS security and compliance.
