Senior Motion Designer- Temporary

Role overview Temporary Senior Motion Designer engagement supporting an in-house design team across motion and video projects through the remainder of 2026. The position suits a hands-on creative who can step into existing work, follow established brand direction, and deliver polished motion content across multiple marketing channels.

Responsibilities - Produce motion content for brand videos, event visuals, promotional assets, social media, web, and other marketing surfaces. - Move projects from brief or storyboard through animation, editing, revisions, and final delivery. - Apply established brand guidelines and creative direction to keep motion work consistent and polished. - Translate marketing and product messages into clear, engaging visual stories. - Support larger campaigns and events with video edits, social clips, web animations, GIFs, presentation assets, and other motion deliverables. - Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders throughout the creative process. - Adapt existing designs and concepts into motion across different formats and channels. - Use templates, motion systems, and existing assets efficiently while contributing improvements where appropriate. - Explore AI and generative creative tools where they can speed up ideation or production.

Requirements - Degree or diploma in Motion Graphics, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field. - Five or more years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or video editing. - Strong proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro, with working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop. - Portfolio demonstrating motion design, animation, editing, and visual storytelling. - Solid grasp of animation, typography, composition, pacing, and design fundamentals. - Comfort taking creative direction, incorporating feedback, and managing multiple deliverables at once. - Collaborative, adaptable, and able to ramp up quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have - Interest in experimenting with AI and generative creative tools to improve workflow and ideation.
