About this role
Role overview A staff-level individual contributor product role owning the strategy, delivery, and scaling of a partner and platform integration ecosystem. The position sits at a pivotal transition, moving the organization away from bespoke one-off integrations toward a scalable, platform-based model that broadens the systems customers can connect to. It demands deep technical fluency in integration architecture alongside sharp commercial judgment about what to build, for whom, and on what timeline.
Responsibilities - Own integrations strategy end to end, including pricing, packaging, distribution, and go-to-market readiness. - Partner closely with engineering to sequence integration investments, balancing near-term customer commitments with longer-term platform scalability. - Define and execute platform-based integration patterns such as generalized APIs or connectors that enable self-service for customers. - Drive the full integration lifecycle from alpha and beta through general availability and post-launch scaling. - Own permissioning, security, and licensing decisions for packaged integrations. - Build business cases and prioritization frameworks, including clear kill criteria and proof points before scaling investment.
Requirements - 10+ years of product management experience in ecosystem or integration roles within B2B SaaS. - Proven success leading initiatives inside a multi-product portfolio organization. - Deep technical fluency in APIs, managed packages, platform events, and OAuth or permission models. - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, design, and go-to-market leaders.
Benefits and work setup - US-based remote role with a market-based compensation approach reviewed twice per year. - Zone 1 (New York, California, Washington) base range of $181,300 to $271,900; Zone 2 (all other US states) $164,800 to $247,200.
