Job details
About this role
Role overview A senior individual contributor role within a strategic project management function supporting large-scale datacenter and manufacturing programs in the AI infrastructure space. The position owns the execution layer: integrated schedule tracking, action log discipline, executive briefing materials, program status reporting, and an internal KPI tracking system that gives leadership a real-time view of support function performance. The work is hands-on, structured, and oriented toward follow-through across fast-moving, hardware-intensive programs.
Responsibilities - Maintain task management systems as the authoritative source of program status, ensuring tasks are assigned, sequenced, prioritized, and closed on cadence. - Flag schedule risks, dependency conflicts, and delivery gaps in advance rather than after the fact. - Own the action log: assign owners, set due dates, track follow-through, and escalate overdue items with context and recommended next steps. - Run weekly working-level program status meetings and produce concise, structured status reports for leadership. - Track progress on VP-level strategic initiatives and surface blockers early so leadership can intervene. - Ensure organizational follow-through on commitments made in executive forums, closing the loop from commitment to confirmed completion. - Prepare executive briefing materials, pre-reads, and agendas that keep every forum well-prepared and action-oriented. - Maintain the internal KPI tracking system logging response times, SLA adherence, and cycle times across Legal, Procurement, Recruitment, and other support functions. - Produce a recurring internal performance report that flags anomalies, deteriorating trends, and emerging bottlenecks with supporting data. - Coordinate with Legal and Procurement on overdue reviews, approvals, and commitments surfaced through KPI tracking.
Requirements - 6+ years in project management, PMO operations, or program coordination within infrastructure or hardware-intensive environments. - Hands-on experience with project and task management tools such as Linear, Procore, Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or comparable platforms, with the ability to ramp up quickly in a new toolset. - Excellent organizational skills and structured written and verbal communication suited to executive audiences. - Comfort operating with autonomy in a fast-moving, async-first environment.
Nice to have - Background supporting datacenter build-out, manufacturing scale-up, or other capital-intensive hardware programs.
Benefits and work setup - Remote-first working environment with seamless virtual collaboration. - Competitive base salary plus equity, with compensation reviews every 12 months. - Flexible, human-first workplace that trusts employees to manage their own schedules. - Tailored progression plan focused on growth through new challenges, leadership, and ownership. - Listed base salary range of $120,000 – $230,000 USD, with potential bonus, equity, or commission eligibility and a benefits package that may include medical, dental, vision, flexible paid time off, parental leave, and retirement plan participation.
