AI Program Lead

Role overview This role sits on the team that turns federated data networks into machine-learning models pharmaceutical teams actively run in live drug discovery programs. The position owns multi-party technical programs end-to-end, scoping new networks, running delivery with major pharma partners, and embedding the platform into real scientific workflows rather than leaving it in evaluation.

Responsibilities - Scope and stand up new federated data networks spanning areas like protein co-folding, ADMET modeling, and antibody developability. - Run end-to-end execution with major pharma partners, getting the platform embedded into live discovery programs. - Serve as the primary point of contact for senior pharma scientists when programs need to move. - Hold credible technical conversations with computational chemists, DMPK scientists, and structural biologists. - Drive networks from concept through production-deployed models. - Manage multi-party stakeholder complexity across internal teams and external partners.

Requirements - 3+ years in scientific or technical program management, alliance management, or customer-facing delivery of scientific software. - Working knowledge of molecular machine learning and drug discovery workflows. - Track record of running complex, multi-party programs with real ownership of outcomes, not just process management. - Ability to move from idea to concrete plan quickly, even under pressure. - Strong written and verbal communication for both technical and business audiences.
