Principal Product Manager

Role overview Drive discovery, definition, and launch of products at the intersection of generative AI and healthcare operations. The role partners with engineering, data science, design, and clinical experts to deliver features that improve outcomes for care teams and patients while shaping how product work happens across the organization.

Responsibilities - Lead cross-functional teams from discovery through launch, ensuring momentum and clarity at each stage - Engage directly with users and buyers, from frontline staff to executives, to identify high-value problems worth solving - Write clear requirements, manage the backlog, and stay involved through design and development - Define success metrics for each release, measure outcomes, and iterate post-launch - Mentor other product managers and help evolve product practices across the team - Build relationships with customers and external experts to inform long-term product direction

Requirements - 8+ years of product management experience, with substantial work on enterprise B2B or SaaS products - Demonstrated track record of shipping products quickly with measurable customer outcomes - Experience setting direction across multiple teams without direct authority - Hands-on experience building products that rely on data, analytics, and machine learning, including generative AI or LLM-based features - Strong writing and presentation skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and customers - Comfort operating at both strategic and tactical levels in a fast-moving environment
