Requirements - Strong, hands-on proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI for production iOS development - Demonstrated multithreading experience, with the ability to write responsive, performant code - Solid command of Git workflows and version-control strategies used in team environments - Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and tooling such as Fastlane - Track record of building products that scaled to substantial user bases, from early traction through growth - Consistent customer obsession, product judgment, and the ability to balance speed with thoughtful decisions
Nice to have - Familiarity with applying SOLID principles consistently across an iOS codebase - Background in audio, accessibility, or assistive technology products - Experience designing inclusive experiences for users with learning differences or visual impairments
Benefits and work setup - Fully remote, distributed team with no physical office and an asynchronous working culture - Entrepreneurial environment that supports initiative, ownership, and meaningful product impact - Competitive compensation with a published U.S.-based salary range of $140,000–$200,000 per year, plus bonus and equity, depending on experience - Opportunity to work at the intersection of artificial intelligence and audio—a rapidly expanding area of consumer technology
