Requirements - Professional experience shipping iOS products that scaled to a large user base - Track record of owning products from early inception through meaningful traction - Strong customer obsession and commitment to delivering outstanding user experiences - Product-minded thinking with the ability to guide designers and partner teams toward a cohesive direction - Deep proficiency with Swift, including multithreading patterns - Hands-on experience with SwiftUI, CI/CD pipelines, and Fastlane - Solid grasp of SOLID principles applied consistently across the codebase - Comfort with Git workflows and an understanding of different branching strategies
Nice to have - Prior experience in fast-paced startup environments where priorities shift quickly - Familiarity with asynchronous, distributed-team collaboration practices
Benefits and work setup - Fully remote, distributed working model with no central office - High-growth environment offering meaningful influence over product and company direction - Entrepreneurial culture that encourages initiative, intuition, and calculated risk-taking - Competitive compensation within a collegial, mission-driven setting committed to asynchronous work - Opportunity to contribute to a product serving people with learning differences such as dyslexia, ADHD, low vision, concussions, and autism, as well as second-language learners and busy professionals - Work at the intersection of artificial intelligence and audio technology
