The position suits a senior engineer who thrives in a flat, high-velocity environment and enjoys shaping both product direction and technical architecture.
Responsibilities - Lead significant engineering and product decisions for the core iOS application - Ship production Swift code on a continuous basis within a dedicated product squad - Shape the product roadmap by contributing to feature planning and prioritization discussions - Maintain and extend a complex existing app architecture as the user base grows - Mentor peers through demonstrated technical leadership rather than formal authority
Requirements - Professional experience building iOS products that scaled to a large user base - A track record of taking products from early concept through meaningful traction - Deep proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI - Hands-on experience with multithreading programming on iOS - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Fastlane, and Git workflow strategies - Working knowledge of SOLID principles and a customer-obsessed product mindset
