Responsibilities
- Lead engineering and product decisions for the iOS application - Ship production code within a dedicated product team - Participate in product discussions that shape the roadmap - Maintain and evolve a complex existing app architecture - Build new features and improvements to support a rapidly expanding user base
Requirements
- Proven experience on products that scaled to a large user base - Track record of owning engineering work from inception through meaningful traction - Strong product thinking with ability to guide designers and partner teams - Customer obsession and commitment to delivering excellent user experiences - Speed in execution, with sound judgment about what ships now versus later - Proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI
Nice to have
- Multithreaded programming and concurrency experience on iOS - Comfort working with CI/CD pipelines and Fastlane for build and deployment automation - Applying SOLID principles across class and module design - Git workflows, branching strategies, and modern version control practices
