Responsibilities
- Lead significant engineering and product decisions that shape the iOS application roadmap - Ship production-grade code regularly within a dedicated product team - Participate in product discussions to influence feature priorities and direction - Maintain and evolve a complex existing app architecture supporting a large user base - Balance hands-on development with strategic thinking about user experience and product evolution
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building products that scaled to large user bases, ideally from inception through meaningful traction - Strong proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI for iOS development - Experience with multithreading programming and concurrent code - Working knowledge of CI/CD infrastructure and Fastlane tooling - Solid grasp of Git, including branching strategies - Commitment to writing code following SOLID design principles - A customer-obsessed mindset, product-thinking approach, and ability to move fast while prioritizing the highest-impact work
